Zodara is an astrology platform that provides natal chart calculations, planetary interpretations, synastry analysis, and related astrological content. All readings and interpretations are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Astrological content is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information during registration
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
Zodara offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used premium features. Contact support to request a refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Harass or harm other users in any way
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, algorithms, and software comprising the Service are owned by Zodara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Birth chart calculations are provided to you for personal use only.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological interpretation provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
